AMYLON | 1st STAGE DEVELOPMENT
The first development stage of the Amylon Project comprises the first hybrid building in Romania, featuring interwoven uses of commercial, residential, office, sports and education around a public inner courtyard, a pocket park and a kindergarden.

Something about the project.
Some 27.500 sqm of buildings (among these only 30 apartments) and 8.090 sqm of landscape park strive to offer the best quality of living both for the residents, users and neighboring area.
Although the client desired no green certification per se, thorough energy efficiency studies and life cycle assessment were conducted, as well as environmental flooding analysis and acoustic studies.
The main focus is on the best quality of life for the people within their wider natural and man-made environment.
