Something about the project.
Part of a 5-stage concept resembling the wings of a rotor, this first building set high level requirements to interior climate and quality of materials, both in construction and equipment.
The concept design was set out by the German design team and we took over for the definitive design, permit design and audit of the construction process. For future stages we would cover the entire arc of the planning process.
The challenges to actual construction works were keeping the contractor aligned with the superior standards and ensuring the timely delivery of the building.
